Core is $9 per month for up to 500 handled conversations. Team is $19 per month for up to 2,000. Founding customers can use Minnas for $5 per month.
A handled conversation is customer work your team actually answers and completes. Inviting another teammate does not add another per-person charge.
Every plan includes the Inbox, email, Messenger, store connections, saved replies, workflows, reporting, and as many teammates as your small team needs.
